THE LATINO LEADERSHIP INTENSIVE
OUR PURPOSE
The purpose of the Latino Leadership Intensive is to provide Hispanic professionals with a rigorous learning experience focused on the application of practical skills and techniques that drive higher workplace performance.
THE OUTCOME
Participants will gain greater understanding of how to leverage their ethnicity as an asset in the application of essential leadership skills including Collaboration, Strategic Thinking, Inclusive Decision-Making, Emotional Intelligence, Conflict Management, and Coaching and Developing others.

THE LATINO CULTURAL SCRIPT ZOOMPOSIUM
A deep exploration of common behavioral tendencies of Latinx professionals based on their Hispanic heritage. Includes analysis of how the Latino Cultural Script influences how they show up as leaders and how others interpret their leadership capabilities.
LATINX HERITAGE AS A SOURCE OF POWER SEMINAR
This workshop helps Hispanic professionals leverage their heritage as an asset and source of strength. It includes the many positive attributes Hispanics bring to the workplace and how Latinos epitomize global leadership.
